We are Moving house and want our two beloved cats to be safely out of the way, can you help?

Yes we certainly can. We can arrange to collect your pets from your home the same day or day before you move house. We have a list of established licensed catteries who will look after your pets for a whole day or number of days, we will simply collect them and deliver them to your door when you feel you have settled into your new home

We have bought a pedigree kitten from Sheffield and live in Kent. I am disabled and don't drive, but feel it will be too difficult to collect the kitten on the train. Do you deliver kittens to my area of the UK?

Yes, we deliver cats and kittens to anywhere in the UK. All we request is that the kitten is at least 13 weeks of age and has completed a full course of vaccinations at their breeder's home. This is following the requirements of any bonafide pedigree cat organisation in the UK and we are only happy supporting breeders who comply by these rules with the welfare of the animal in mind first and foremost

Do you transport more than one cat at a time?

We will only do this when the animals have come from the same household. Cats all have their own viruses that are carried by spitting or sneezing, therefore you can be assured that your single cat will be collected and delivered to you with no chance of cross-contamination from another cat

In summer months do you deliver cats in a shaded part of the vehicle?

All our vehicles are air conditioned and have blinds fitted to provide shade when necessary. Water is available at all times. On long journeys (over 4 hours), the cats travel in a purpose made crate having a litter tray, soft bed and water. We feel it is best not to feed cats while travelling to avoid tummy upsets

How far in advance do I book your courier services and do I pay upfront?

We preferably like 30 days notice, but can also deal with emergency situations. We would never charge our clients extra for a 'last minute' job. A deposit of £50 is required when booking and the final balance required 7 days before the job date.

Do I send you a cheque or can I pay by VISA?

We prefer you to pay by credit or debit card when making both payments. We also have a Paypal account

My sister is returning to the UK from Spain with her two Siamese cats. Can you help her organise the flights and pet passport?

We can advise the requirements for the Pet Passport Scheme to enable your pet to be allowed into the UK without quarantine. All cats have to be microchipped for ID and the 6 months wait starts from the day the blood test is taken. It is a process we have assisted with many times. Although we cannot offer a courier service outside the UK, we can collect both the cats and your sister from the airport and drive them to anywhere in the UK
